Beautiful Smiles Dental practices make it easy
Save time by filling out your patient forms now. When you first arrive and meet our staff, you’ll fill out a registration form. This helps our team get to know you better. It’s always a good idea to arrive a few minutes early.
After the doctor completes your exam, our office manager will meet with you to answer any questions, discuss payment options, and work with you on the best treatment plan for your needs.
We then take a series of digital images or x-rays to get a better look at your entire mouth. X-rays allow us to see things we normally couldn’t, and help us provide a comprehensive exam.
X-rays are also essential for denture wearers. Our doctors can determine if you have adequate bone to support your dentures, plus check for bone fractures, cysts, tumors, lesions, and sinus issues.
The Beautiful Smiles doctor and staff look forward to meeting you and doing everything possible to make your first visit as easy and beneficial as possible. A healthy, confident smile is important to your health and well-being. By helping you take care of problems and pain now, we can help you avoid more serious and expensive issues down the road.
You’ll hear the term “comprehensive care” often at Beautiful Smiles. It means that the doctors do more than just fix the immediate problem. They examine your entire mouth, recommend treatment options for long-lasting oral health, and work with you to pick which treatments suit you best.
Tip: Research shows a link between dental health and overall health. ADA
If you have any questions during your visit, or if there is anything you don’t understand, members of the Beautiful Smiles Dental team are happy to help.
Your doctor and the rest of the Beautiful Smiles team look forward to finding your smile.
