Beautiful Smiles at MLK is a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site that will not discriminate against any uninsured, cash- paying patient receiving Health Services because of his/her inability to pay for services, or because payment for the dental treatment will be made under Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) or Medicaid.  In addition, Beautiful Smiles at MLK does not discriminate in provisions of services to an individual based upon the individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, age (pediatric patients), or sexual orientation.

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available. All patients interested are encouraged to apply by coming into our office and speaking with the front desk staff to inquire of the application and required documentation needed to apply. We will charge persons receiving dental treatment at the usual and customary rate prevailing in this area. Depending upon program qualification, dental treatment will be provided at a discounted rate or nominal fee to uninsured, cash-paying patients that are unable to pay for services.
